This agreement (“Terms”) governs your use of the Khalid’s Biriyani Service (“Service”) offered by Khalid’s Biriyani (“Khalid’s”) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy available on the Khalid’s Biriyani website (“Website”). Khalid’s reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Ordering
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your contact details and preferred delivery address. You also confirm that the payment information used belongs to you.
- Quality Guarantee: Khalid’s maintains high quality standards and is responsible for all issues related to food quality, including correct labeling.
- Age-Appropriate Ordering: You acknowledge that certain dishes may be suitable for specific age groups. It’s your responsibility to confirm the suitability of your order for the intended recipient.
Prices and Payment
- Menu Accuracy: Prices listed on the Website are accurate at the time of publication based on information from participating restaurants. The final price may vary slightly at delivery due to updated menus. Khalid’s reserves the right to modify the menu and remove items from the Service.
- Price Changes: You agree that Khalid’s and its employees are not liable for any price changes made after your order is placed.
- Total Price: The total cost for your order, including food, delivery fees, taxes, and other charges, will be displayed on the Khalid’s app and/or Website before payment. Full payment is required for all items listed in your order.
- Secure Payments: Online payments are secured using encryption to protect your debit/credit card details during transmission. Your bank may also conduct security checks to confirm your identity. 5. Promotions: Loyalty points cannot be combined with discount coupons.
- Coupon Codes: Coupon codes have limited validity. Contact [email address removed] for current promotions.
- Offer Changes: Khalid’s reserves the right to modify offers at its discretion.
- Loyalty Program: Khalid’s Biriyani Club points are valid only for phone orders, online orders through the Khalid’s Biriyani website, and for dine-in and takeaway purchases.
Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are approximate and may vary. Food will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.
- Late Delivery: Khalid’s will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but is not liable for any losses caused by late delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact Khalid’s by email, and they will expedite your delivery as much as possible.
- Non-Refundable Delivery Fees: Late delivery does not qualify for a refund or waiver of delivery charges.
- Undelivered Orders: If you are unavailable to accept your order at the time of delivery, or if Khalid’s is unable to deliver due to incorrect information or access limitations, the food will be considered delivered. All risk and responsibility for the order transfers to you. You are responsible for any storage, insurance, or other costs incurred by Khalid’s due to failed delivery. Additionally, you agree to indemnify Khalid’s for any such costs.
- Safe Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery at the address provided. Khalid’s is not liable for any damage, cost, or expense incurred due to a lack of proper access during delivery.
Refund Policy
Refund requests generally take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your chosen payment method.
